Amazon Channel's Paramount+ won't link

If your other Amazon Ad-on Channels display as linked to VidAngel (indicated by a checkmark), but not Paramount+ and you don't know why, then you're in the right place! VidAngel links to Paramount+ only through Amazon's Ad-on Channels subscription. Paramount+ has other subscription options through platforms that won't work with VidAngel. Make sure you have your Paramount+ subscription through Amazon Channels so that it can link to VidAngel.

Check if it's Amazon Channel's Paramount+

To connect your Paramount+ service to VidAngel it needs to be through Amazon Channels: This means you subscribed through your Amazon Prime account. 

This is different from a Paramount Network subscription which you can subscribe to directly. We do not connect to other Paramount+ subscriptions; it must be through Amazon Channels.

To check if you have that service through Amazon, go here: Your Memberships & Subscriptions. Make sure the "View" dropdown menu selected is "Available with Prime".

You will know that you have the correct subscription if it has the Prime logo, or the words, "This subscription uses your Prime Membership payment method" under your payment method information.

Subscribe to Amazon's Paramount+

If you'd like to subscribe to Amazon Channel's Paramount+ here is a direct link: Amazon Channel's Paramount+, or:

  1. Sign into your Amazon Prime account and on amazon.com
  2. Click the "All" menu near the top left corner.
  3. Under Digital Content & Devices, Select "Prime Video".
  4. Under Prime Video: Select "Store". 
  5. Scroll over to Paramount+ and subscribe. 

Once you have Paramount+ through Amazon Channels you should be able to link it to VidAngel! You'll want to disconnect your Amazon from VidAngel and then reconnect it so our system can discover the new Paramount+ subscription: LINK STREAMING SERVICES
