What are Title Verifications?
Verifying a title on VidAngel tells the connected streaming service that you are ready to watch that movie right now. If too many requests come through at once, your account may be flagged for fraudulent activity by the streaming service. This can cause the verification to fail. We recommend you only verify the single title you are ready to watch right now to avoid being blocked.
How to Delete Verifications
If you have a failed verification on your account, the verifications will eventually be cleared out automatically, but you can also clear out the verifications on your account by refreshing your connection to the relevant streaming service. This will show you how: Refresh the Connection
If you receive an error then you can also try manually clearing the verification. This can only be done on our website or the mobile app:
WEBSITE
Go to the movie or TV show's page.
MOVIE
- Click the "Cancel Verification" option.
- Click "OK" on the confirmation popup.
TV SHOW
- Click the "Clear Verification" option at the top of the page, or the "Got it" button on the episode.
APPLE or ANDROID MOBILE APP
- Go to the movie or TV show's page.
- Select "Cancel Verification".
