How do I cancel my Roku subscription?

If you subscribed to VidAngel through your Roku account, you'll have to cancel through Roku, not in your VidAngel Account Settings.

If you've decided you'd rather manage your subscription directly with us, or that it's time to cancel your subscription for good, we're sad to see you go, but we're happy to help make this an easy experience for you.

 

How to cancel a Roku subscription

 Subscriptions made through Roku will need to be canceled on the Roku device or at Roku.com. 

DIRECTLY ON YOUR ROKU

  1. Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
  2. Highlight VidAngel (but don't click into it).
  3. Press the (*) Star button on your remote.
  4. Select "Manage subscription".
  5. Select "Turn off auto-renew" to cancel the subscription.
  6. Confirm by choosing to turn off auto-renew and you will be able to still access your subscription for the remainder of the billing period.

ON THE ROKU WEBSITE

  1. Sign into the Roku website. 
  2. Click on the profile icon near the top right and select "My account".
  3. Under "Payments & Subscriptions", select "My subscriptions".
  4. Find VidAngel and select "Manage subscription".
  5. Select "Turn off auto-renew" and click "Confirm changes".
    You will be able to still access your subscription for the remainder of the billing period.

  1. Cancel your Roku subscription following the steps above
  2. Wait until your billing cycle ends, then subscribe at VidAngel.com: https://www.vidangel.com/account
    1. Go to www.VidAngel.com
    2. Click "Log In"
    3. Click "Profile" (or your name if you set that up)
    4. Click "Account"
    5. Click "Start Subscription"
Important: Complete all steps before your next billing date to avoid accidental double charges (if you don't first cancel the app store subscription) or any interruption in service.
