How do I contact VidAngel Support?

VidAngel offers assistance by email, chat, and outbound phone calls for technical issues. Our agents (who are real live humans!) are happy to provide customer support for troubleshooting or any questions you may have. 

We also have our AI Agent available 24/7 and ready to help right away. If you’d like to speak with a human, it can connect you to a Support Angel.

Email support

Contact us via email by clicking here. 

We will get back to you within 24 hours (if not much, much, much sooner!).

 

Chat support

Contact us via chat by clicking the Chat icon  Chat_icon_closeup2.png on the VidAngel website or mobile app. 

Our AI Agent, “VidAngel AI,” will introduce itself and can help with your questions. At any time, just ask to “speak to an agent” or “representative,” and it will connect you to one of our Support Angels.

APPLE or ANDROID APP

  1. Select Me in the bottom menu. 
  2. Select Help.
  3. This will open our Help Center in your browser, where you can tap the chat icon to get in touch with us!

Note: Contacting support through the app requires being logged in. If you're unable to log in, you can reach us directly HERE.


 

Phone support

We are now offering outbound phone support! This means that phone calls can be scheduled through email or chat. It is available upon request, however, please keep in mind it is meant to be for setup or troubleshooting issues; all billing and other questions will be handled via email or chat. Once scheduled, you will be emailed instructions and called by one of our Support Angels at the arranged time.
