How do I edit my billing information?
If you need to update or change your credit card information due to a Failed Payment notification, or you received a new card from your bank, you can do so in your Account Settings on our website (make sure you're not trying to do this in the apps).
How to update billing information on VidAngel
- Go to your account settings on the website: www.vidangel.com/account
To navigate there manually:- Click "Profile" (or your name) in the top right-hand corner.

Select "Account."
- Select "Update Billing."
- You'll get a pop-up window to update your information.
- Click "Save Billing Info" and you're good to go!
If 2FA was previously set up
If you get a pop-up window about a code that was texted to you, that means that you set up 2-factor authentication security with Stripe, our billing software. At this point, you can either contact us so we can have a Support Angel change your phone number in Stripe, or you can wait approximately 20 seconds, and then you will be prompted with the option to enter the information manually.
