How do I filter Netflix shows with VidAngel?

We are so excited to offer a connection to Netflix! You can filter Netflix content for family-friendly viewing. This will show you how to start watching with Netflix on VidAngel and answer any related questions you may have. 

 

How to watch Netflix titles on VidAngel

  1. Subscribe to VidAngel at www.vidangel.com 

  2. Link your Netflix account to VidAngel in your VidAngel Account Settings.
    You can do this on either the VidAngel website or mobile app: Link streaming services

  3. Stay on the VidAngel platform and find a Netflix-offered show.
    You can browse our Popular on Netflix Category.
  4. Set your filters and watch all the good stuff without all the bad stuff on VidAngel! 

 

Which Netflix plans link to VidAngel?

Netflix offers several subscription plans. VidAngel connects to all of them! However, please be aware that Netflix Standard with Ads does not work on Roku or while casting. You'll need to upgrade to the ad-free plans of Standard or Premium, or watch on a different device.

Or to navigate manually:

  1. Select the profile icon in the upper-right corner
  2. Select "Account" from the drop-down menu.
  3. Under the "Membership Details" section, you can view your plan.
  4. To change, you can select "Change plan."

Having trouble with Netflix?

If you're running into trouble when trying to watch from Netflix, please remember:

  • Netflix Standard with Ads does not work on Roku or while casting.
  • Not all Netflix titles are available on Netflix's ad-supported plan. This is a Netflix restriction—their ad-supported catalog is smaller than the ad-free one.
