When you sign in to VidAngel, you create an account, but not necessarily a subscription. An account lets you browse the catalog, but only a subscription allows you to watch content using our filtering service (see An account vs. a subscription). You can cancel your subscription while keeping your account.
However, deleting your account, removes all access, including your Watchlist, filters, settings, and other data. If you wish to delete your account, first cancel your subscription, then follow the steps on our iOS app, Apple TV, Google/Android TV, Fire TV, or website.
APPLE MOBILE APP
- Cancel your VidAngel Subscription: Cancel my Subscription
- Open the VidAngel app on your mobile.
- Select "Me".
- Select "Account".
- Select "Delete Account".
*TV APPS
- Cancel your VidAngel Subscription: Cancel my Subscription
- Open the VidAngel app on your TV.
- Select "Settings".
- Select "System Info".
- Select "Delete Account".
*If you have a Roku app, you will need to use the mobile app or a computer to delete your account.
COMPUTER
- Sign in to www.vidangel.com
- Select "Profile" (or your name) near the top right).
- Select "Account".
- Select "Cancel Subscription".
- Send a Customer Support an official request that your account be deleted: CONTACT SUPPORT
- Reply to any Customer Support follow-up questions.
