If you have connected your Movies Anywhere account to your Amazon account, and your Amazon to VidAngel, then some of your Fandango, iTunes, and Google Play movies can work with VidAngel (see Use Movies Anywhere to access more content). If some titles are not working or are not showing up in VidAngel, here are a few things to check:

Things To Know
TV shows are not imported
TV shows are not currently available in Movies Anywhere. If you have any TV shows in any of your Digital Retailer libraries, they will not import into your Movies Anywhere library, and therefore will not sync to Amazon where VidAngel can access it.
Non-participating Studios
Not all studios participate with Movies Anywhere. You can view their participating studios HERE.
Agreed not to Filter
We made an agreement with Disney, Lucas Films, Warner Bros., 20th Century Fox, Marvel, New Line Cinemas, Turner Pictures, and their subsidiaries to not filter their content. You can learn more about that here: A Letter From Our CEO
Incompatible Versions
We currently do not have filters for movies with Bonus Features, Extended / Director's Cut, 4K, or UHD. With very few exceptions, we only support the Theatrical version of movies. Make sure to look at the movie on our platform to ensure that you have the same version.
Many titles may transfer to Amazon with bonus features or in the UHD/4K version, and those versions will not work in VidAngel. Please be aware that the version of the movie may change in the porting process between Amazon and Movies Anywhere.
If you run into any errors when trying to verify and play a title in VidAngel, please head over to your Amazon Library and check the version of the movie. If you do have the theatrical version, let us know the movie ID so we can check things out on our side: Find the URL link for an Amazon rental or purchase
We're Working On It
We may simply not have the title available yet. We are adding titles every week. In order to prepare movies for filtering, our Tagging Team needs to go through and set up all the filters, which can take time. If you'd like to request filters for a title, please go here to find out how: How do I request filters for a movie or TV show?
Things To Do
Check Your Amazon Connection
Make sure you're linked to the same Amazon account that you connected with Movies Anywhere. Can you see the movies in your Amazon Content Library? You can use this link to see: Amazon Library.
We recommend unlinking Amazon from VidAngel, logging out at www.amazon.com, logging back in to initiate a brand-new session with them, and then re-link on VidAngel.
You may just need to wait
If you just set up this connection, you may need to wait a few minutes for your movies to sync.
