With very few exceptions (for example, some of the Saw movies), VidAngel only offers filters for the theatrical version of films; we are not yet compatible with versions containing Bonus Features, Director / Extended / Unrated cuts, or UHD/4K versions.
If you did not purchase or rent your Amazon Video show through the VidAngel flow (see How to watch Amazon Video rentals or purchases), it may not be the version for which we've built filters. We can check the version you purchased if you'll send us the movie's ID link. Here's how:
Find the URL on a computer
- Log into Amazon and go to your Library page: Your Amazon Video Library
- Click on the movie or episode that is giving you trouble.
- Copy the URL in the address bar and send us the link.
Your link address should look similar to this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/video/detail/B00PC1MWKS/ref=atv_yvl_list_pr_2
Find the URL on a phone or tablet

Login to www.amazon.com on a web browser app.

Click on the 3 lines in the upper left corner.

Choose Prime Video from that menu.

Click on Menu on the Prime Video page, near the top right.

Click on My Stuff.

Click on Purchases & Rentals.

Choose the movie you rented or purchased.

Press and hold on the URL address at the top of the page to copy the address.

Paste it into a message to us.
Share the URL with Support
Send us a message HERE with the Amazon URL link of your movie or episode. We can then find out if you have the correct version or not.
