Didn't get your confirmation code?
Not exactly the welcome we were hoping to give you. If your confirmation code never showed up, it's usually a delivery delay or your email provider playing overprotective bouncer. Here's how to get unstuck so you can start filtering!
1) Check your junk folder
Nine times out of ten, this is the fix. Confirmation emails can get mistakenly filtered, especially the first time you email a new company.
- Check your spam or junk folder for an email from VidAngel.
- Found it? Grab the code and finish creating your account.
2) Add us to your contacts
If it's nowhere to be found, your email provider may be blocking it before it even reaches spam.
- Add confirmation@mail.vidangel.com to your email contacts or address book. This tells your provider to trust future emails from us.
- Head back and start the account creation process again, and a fresh code will be on its way!
