How to find your VidAngel account email

What is my VidAngel account email address?

We're going to say it: be sure to look closely for possible typos and the caps lock. Beyond that, the easiest way to find your VidAngel account email address is to look it up on the device you've been using with VidAngel. But if you're logged out, we can still help you find it. 

 

Locate your VidAngel account email on the VidAngel apps

Here's how to check what email you're using on each device:

WEBSITE

  1. On the VidAngel website, select "Profile" (or your name) near the top-right corner.
  2. Click "Account".
  3. Your email will be in the "Account & Billing" section.

PHONE OR TABLET

  1. On the VidAngel mobile app, tap "Me" on the bottom menu.
  2. Your account email will be at the top in blue.

ROKU

  1. On the VidAngel Roku channel, select "Settings" near the top-right corner.
  2. Select "Account Info" to view your account email.

APPLE TV or FIRE TV or ANDROID/GOOGLE TV

  1. On the VidAngel Fire or Android TV app, select "Settings" near the top-right corner.
  2. Select "System Info"
  3. Your account email will be listed near the top

If you used the code/URL method to log in to your TV app (vs. manually typing in your email and password on the TV), then you can also confirm your TV device is linked to your VidAngel account. You can check that on the website under "Profile"(or your name) > "TV Devices".

Apple or Roku subscriptions

If you subscribed to VidAngel through your Apple or Roku account, then your VidAngel email should match the email address you use for those accounts.
