About Default Filters
These filters will apply to every new title that you watch.
This means if you set your Default Filters, watch a movie, and then change your Default Filters, the filters will not be changed on that specific movie. In other words, your changes will only apply to all shows you have not yet watched. You can, of course, update the filters with the Show-Specific filters.
This is because Show-Specific filters will always override Default Filters.
How to set your Default Filters
Default Filters can be applied in our mobile app or on the website. They cannot be adjusted on the TV apps, but of course, you can always access your Show-specific Filters from every device.
- Open the Default Filters page.
MOBILE APP
On the mobile app, tap on "Me" on the bottom menu, then select "Default Filters".
On the website click "Default Filters" on the top of your screen.
WEBSITE - On the Default Filters page, select your filters by clicking the filter category, subcategory, or individual filter you want to apply.
When the filter is activated, it will be applied to each new title you watch (i.e. movies and episodes you haven't set show-specific filters for).
You know the filter is activated if the filter description is dimmed and has a line through it. This means you will not see or hear those items. If the filter is white and fully visible, you will see and hear those items. - Click "Save" and start watching without all the bad stuff!
