Why am I receiving the error, "You appear to be connected to an account type at the streaming service that we do not currently support."?
This means your Peacock subscription exists, but it’s a plan type that Peacock no longer offers and VidAngel cannot link to.
To filter Peacock on VidAngel, you need an active Premium or Premium Plus plan. We do not connect to Peacock Select or any older free or limited-content Peacock plans.
Which Peacock plans are not supported?
VidAngel cannot link to:
Peacock Select (current limited-content plan; does not include full catalog access)
Peacock Free / Basic Free (discontinued free tier)
Older grandfathered or provider-bundled Peacock plans
These older plans are being phased out or converted by Peacock, and they do not include full content access, so VidAngel cannot authenticate them.
Upgrade your Peacock plan
You can view your Peacock subscription here: Peacock Account. Look at "Plans & Upgrades" and you can then select "Change plan" to upgrade.
