Clear your cache
Just as it's a good idea to reboot your devices, your browser can become bogged down. Try giving it a refresh by clearing the cache:
Clear cookies
If clearing the cache of your browser does not help, you can clear the cookies from just the VidAngel site.
Other extensions
Do you have other extensions installed on Chrome? You can see if they're interfering by disabling them.
Click the Chrome menu > More Tools > Extensions > uncheck all the boxes.
You may need to close and reopen your browser for this to take effect.
Incognito browser
Try watching in an incognito browser to see if you have a setting or bad data interfering with your experience. If you need help opening an incognito window, here is a Google Support Article to help.
Old bookmark
If you have the VidAngel website bookmarked, try typing in the URL instead: www.vidangel.com
Player Controls
If your player controls are not going away, try moving your mouse to the edge of the screen and wait.
Distracting square
If you're seeing a pixilated square (perhaps more noticeable during dark or fast motion scenes) while watching you may need to check that Hardware Acceleration is enabled on Google Chrome. You can check that here: chrome://settings/system
