If you are unable to verify a title and getting the error, "Your streaming service credentials are no longer active. Please disconnect and re-link this service to your VidAngel account before proceeding." then you either need to relink to your streaming services or something is blocking our access.
You can usually fix this error with one of these solutions:
- Link your streaming services for the first time.
- Refresh your streaming service connection.
- Check your access through the streaming service.
Link your Streaming Services
If you have never linked your streaming services to VidAngel, you will need to do so in order to access the majority of the content. VidAngel is a filtering company. We do not offer the shows directly, which is why you'll need Apple TV+, Netflix, Peacock, and/or Amazon Channels subscriptions to filter with us. Once you link your streaming subscriptions, you can watch some of the titles that you have access to through those services on the VidAngel app with filters.

Refresh your Connection
If you've already linked your service(s), but your connection has gone stale, then refreshing the connection can solve many issues with VidAngel. This must be done on either our website or the VidAngel mobile app. After you refresh the connection, you can return to the TV app to try again.

Check your Access
Not Subscribed
This could mean that you are not subscribed to the service where this show is offered.
For example, if you are not subscribed to Amazon Prime streaming, then you don't have access to watch Prime exclusive shows, such as Tom Clancy's Jack Ryan.
Service Issue
It could also mean that there is an issue with the streaming service itself. Perhaps they're having an outage or technical issue that is impacting VidAngel's ability to connect.
Parental Controls
You may have parental controls or a PIN that is blocking our access. The best way to check is to go directly to the streaming service's site and try to start the same title there. Make sure you are using the account holder's profile and see if you have to put in a PIN or have any viewing restrictions.
For example, if you have the max-maturity rating on your main Netflix profile set to Y-7 and you're trying to watch Stranger Things, then VidAngel will not be able to access it. You'll need to go into your Netflix account settings and adjust your settings.
